Emmanuel Dubois, Executive Chef:

Born in a small medieval town in the Burgundy region of France, Emmanuel’s most passionate dream was to become a chef. Following his studies at a renowned culinary institute in Dijon, he was appointed Executive Chef at Les Roches, a four-star Relais Et Chateau in Lavandou, France. There he earned two highly coveted Michelin stars and scored 18 out of 20 in the prestigious Gault et Millau guide.

Prior to joining the Saphire Events Group, Emmanuel charmed American palates as Executive Chef at the Red Lion Inn in Cohasset and the Alba Bar and Grill and Trattoria Alba in Quincy, where he specialized in creating innovative, sophisticated cuisine.
